Hiring Coop will make reasonable efforts to ensure your information is shared only with verified employers, and all handling of your data will comply with GDPR guidelines and applicable data protection laws. You grant Hiring Coop the right to share your submitted resume, video interviews, and other related materials with prospective employers that we determine are suitable matches for your qualifications and preferences. 3.2 Financial Product Recommendations

You consent to Hiring Coop analyzing your profile and providing recommendations for financial products or services, such as loans or credit cards, that you may qualify for. These recommendations are based on the information you provide and do not guarantee approval by financial institutions.

3.3 Assistance with Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, and Loans

  1. You agree that Hiring Coop may use your data to assist you in obtaining bank accounts, credit cards, and loans at the best available rates. This service is designed to empower members by connecting them to financial opportunities that align with their needs and eligibility. Hiring Coop employs data-driven analysis to ensure these recommendations are tailored and beneficial.
  2. Qualification Criteria: This service is offered exclusively to members who qualify based on their profile, financial standing, and other eligibility requirements set by partnering financial institutions. Not all members may qualify for this assistance.
  3. Fee-Free Service: You acknowledge that Hiring Coop provides this service as part of your cooperative membership at no additional cost. There will be no hidden charges or fees associated with these financial product recommendations or assistance.
  4. Transparency and Accountability: Hiring Coop ensures transparency in recommending financial products and only collaborates with trusted financial institutions. Members will have the freedom to choose whether to pursue the recommended financial opportunities.
  5. Opt-Out Option: If you prefer not to participate in this program, you can opt out by updating your account settings or contacting us at contact@hiringcoop.com.

3.4 Membership and Cooperative Rights

  1. Being part of Hiring Coop grants members certain cooperative rights, including the ability to vote in Hiring Coop elections. However, registration alone does not automatically confer membership status. Membership is granted at the discretion of the management elected in the most recent cooperative elections and is subject to revocation if abuse or misconduct is suspected.
  2. Membership Discretion: The validity of membership is solely determined by the elected management, and their decision is final.
  3. Revocation of Membership: Hiring Coop reserves the right to revoke membership at any time if there is evidence or suspicion of abuse, misuse, or actions that are detrimental to the cooperative. Such decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the elected management.
  4. Rights and Responsibilities: Members are expected to adhere to these Terms and contribute positively to the cooperative. Voting rights are available only to active and valid members.
